Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Accountancy, Financial Management
• At least 3 to 5 years of general accounting experience
• With expertise on bank reconciliation

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update general ledger accounts, journals, and other financial records.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and schedules.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and on time.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow and fund balances.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, government regulations, and internal accounting policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation during audits.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Monitor and report on variances, expenditures, and revenue trends.
• Maintain organized financial filing systems and support management with ad hoc financial tasks.
