An Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and helping to prepare financial reports. You will also be responsible for overseeing the entire financial operation of an organization, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls. They play a key leadership role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations.

• Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements and records.
• Manage general ledger and assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Process payroll, tax filings, and other accounting transactions.
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Maintain accurate records and files of financial transactions.
• Ensure that financial transactions comply with accounting standards, policies, and procedures.
• Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all financial data, accounting records, and internal controls.
• Oversee the preparation of financial forecasts and the annual budget.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and business performance to ensure financial stability.
• Manage internal and external audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Provide financial advice and analysis to senior management for business decision-making.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, ensuring adherence to accounting policies and procedures.
• Manage and maintain financial systems and processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to improve profitability and financial performance.
• Ensure tax compliance, including timely preparation and filing of tax returns.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
