The AR Billing Analyst will resolve billing discrepancies, manage account reconciliations, and drive process improvements for enterprise clients. Key responsibilities include:

• Billing Issue Resolution: Address customer billing inquiries and disputes through creative problem-solving.
• Account Reconciliation: Audit transaction data, reconcile accounts, and ensure accurate financial records.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement enhancements to billing systems (e.g., Netsuite/Oracle) and workflows.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to resolve defects and support monthly billing cycles.
• Reporting: Generate ad hoc financial reports for internal/external stakeholders.
