Keterangan Kerja

Work Arrangement:

  • Hybrid
  • Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Location: BGC, Taguig City

Key Responsibilities

General Ledger & Transaction Processing

  • Maintain the general ledger and post journal entries (including accruals and reclassifications).
  • Record financial transactions and ensure completeness and accuracy.

Financial Reporting

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement).
  • Ensure statements comply with applicable accounting standards (Philippines GAAP, and if applicable, IFRS or others).

Reconciliation & Month-End / Year-End Close

  • Perform bank reconciliations, accounts receivable & payable reconciliations, and other ledger reconciliations.
  • Assist in and manage month-end and year-end closing processes.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Variance Analysis

  • Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Analyze variances between actual and budget/forecast; provide insight and recommendations.

Tax, Regulatory & Audit Compliance

  • Prepare or review tax returns; ensure timely filing and compliance with BIR and other regulatory bodies.
  • Assist with external and internal audits; prepare schedules and support audit queries.

Process Improvement & Controls

  • Implement, maintain, and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Suggest ways to streamline workflows, improve accuracy, and reduce risk.

Supporting Management

  • Provide financial analysis, reporting, and support to management for decision-making.
  • Possibly mentor or coordinate with junior accounting staff or cross-functional teams.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (or equivalent).
  • At least 4–5 years of relevant experience in general accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
  • Strong skills in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formulas; possibly macros).
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and strong analytical aptitude.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written); ability to present financial information clearly.
