We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that the company’s financial obligations are met efficiently and accurately.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in accounts payable or similar accounting role
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• High degree of accountability, initiative, and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and financial reporting
• Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite is a plus
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Preferred (Good to Have):

• Previous experience using Bill.com or similar AP platforms
• Familiarity with U.S.-based client holiday schedules
