Location: Makati City (Hybrid Setup – 70% Work from Home, 30% Temporary Office)


La THEOZ Real Estate Solution Services Inc. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of accounting compliance and reporting standards, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced real estate environment.


Job Summary:

The Accountant is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and preparing reports that support effective decision-making. The role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, record, and maintain accurate financial transactions and reports.
  • Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
  • Monitor compliance with BIR, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, and other government requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Manage payroll computations, reimbursements, and related accounting entries.
  • Support management in budget planning and expense tracking.
  • Use QuickBooks and other accounting software tools to process financial data efficiently.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all financial matters.
  • Perform other related tasks assigned by management.


Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS in Accountancy (CPA not required)
  • Must be residing in Makati City or nearby areas
  • With solid knowledge in accounting compliance, documentation, and reporting
  • Must have a good attitude, integrity, and strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge in QuickBooks and other accounting tools is an advantage
  • Must have own laptop and stable internet connection at home
  • Willing to work on a hybrid setup (70% WFH, 30% temporary onsite)
