About the role



DM Consunji, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Geodetic Engineer to join our team in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. As a Geodetic Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our construction projects, utilizing your expertise in surveying and mapping to ensure the successful execution of our projects. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

What you'll be doing

• Conduct detailed land surveys and prepare accurate maps, plans, and drawings to support construction activities
• Analyze survey data and use specialized software to create 3D models and topographical representations of project sites
• Collaborate with the construction team to ensure site layouts and measurements are accurate and in compliance with project specifications
• Monitor and adjust survey markers and control points throughout the construction process
• Prepare and submit survey reports, records, and other documentation as required
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in surveying and mapping

What we're looking for

• Licensed Geodetic Engineer 
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Geodetic Engineer, preferably in the construction industry
• Proficient in the use of surveying equipment, such as total stations, GPS, and laser scanners
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the construction team
• Familiarity with project management software and GIS/CAD applications
• Registered as a Professional Geodetic Engineer in the Philippines
