We are looking for a skilled AutoCAD Operator / Graphic Artist who can combine technical drafting with creative design. This role requires expertise in 2D drafting, 3D modeling, rendering, and graphic design to produce detailed technical drawings, 3D visualizations, and presentation materials. The ideal candidate is both detail-oriented and creative, capable of translating technical data into visually appealing outputs for projects, proposals, and marketing needs.

A. 2D Drafting & CAD Work

• Create accurate floor plans, elevations, sections, and technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Ensure compliance with drafting standards (dimensions, layers, line weights, and scales).
• Interpret architectural, engineering, or mechanical plans and convert them into professional outputs.

B. 3D Modeling & Rendering

• Develop 3D models from 2D drawings using SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar software.
• Apply materials, lighting, and textures to create realistic renders in Lumion, V-Ray, or Enscape.
• Produce walkthroughs, fly-throughs, and animation outputs for project presentations.

C. Graphic Arts & Visualization

• Use Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDraw to enhance renderings and prepare presentation boards.
• Create brochures, posters, diagrams, and other marketing visuals from CAD/3D outputs.
• Prepare well-structured layouts, annotated drawings, and design proposals.

D. Design Support

• Apply basic knowledge of space planning, ergonomics, and design proportions.
• Assist in conceptualizing designs and visual presentations aligned with project needs.

E. Collaboration & Presentation

• Work closely with engineers, architects, or project teams to deliver design outputs.
• Prepare professional presentation materials and explain design concepts clearly.

• Proficiency in the following software (minimum toolkit):
• AutoCAD (2D drafting)
• SketchUp / Revit / 3ds Max (3D modeling)
• Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray (rendering & animation)
• Photoshop / Illustrator (graphic arts & presentations)
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong sense of design aesthetics combined with technical accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Drafting, Engineering, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in AutoCAD drafting, 3D modeling, and rendering.
