Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Artist to support our marketing and e-commerce initiatives. This role focuses on producing visually engaging designs for online campaigns, social media, and product promotions while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and can manage multiple design projects with tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Design and decorate banners for both online and offline marketing campaigns

Create static artwork for flash sales, promotions, and social media posts

Develop covers, layouts, and promotional materials for new products on online shop platforms

Produce promotional banners aligned with monthly themes and marketing campaigns

Revise and refine designs based on stakeholder feedback within set timelines

Update SKUs and product visuals when specifications or images change

Adapt designs to various formats and media requirements

Conceptualize and create visually engaging promotional videos

Design SKUs and product visuals for newly added items

Support multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency

Qualifications

College graduate in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (preferred)

At least 2–3 years of experience in graphic design

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)

Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual composition

Basic knowledge of video editing

Computer literate and familiar with standard office tools

Willingness to work beyond office hours during high-volume campaign periods

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and design aesthetics
