Graphics Specialist

Role Summary

The Graphics Specialist produces, re-creates, edits, formats and layouts business presentations and documents according to the clients’ specifications using MS Office applications.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Produce, re-create, edit, format and lay out business presentations and documents according to consultant’s specifications using MS Office applications.
• Ensure that all documents sent to the consultant’s meet the standards on quality as per the committed time.
• Perform page-by-page quality check to ensure report is error free.
• Strictly follow workflow processes as per the SOP.
• Understand, use and contribute best practices for production.
• Assist the team leaders in mentoring new recruits.
• Ensure record keeping and follow proper document management.
• Continue to develop speed, accuracy and production skills.
• Maintain confidentiality of all organization and client information.
• Have good co-ordination with team members/colleagues, supervisors, managers, and clients.
• Achieve customer satisfaction.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• With advanced proficiency in MS office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• With experience using Adobe Suite (PS & Illustrator)
• Must be amenable to work in Makati
• Must be amenable to rotating and shifting schedule (AM, PM or Night Shift)

Education and Experience:

• Must be a Bachelor's Degree Holder
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
• Experience as a desktop publishing operator or document specialist is an advantage
