1. Creative Design & Branding

• Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, posters, social media posts, email templates, banners, and digital ads aligned with the clinic’s brand identity.
• Develop visual content for the clinic’s website and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Ensure all visual content complies with DOH marketing regulations for medical facilities and ethical advertising standards.

2. Multimedia Content Creation

• Create and edit promotional videos, patient testimonials, and educational content related to aesthetic procedures and medical services.
• Design engaging infographics and illustrations to explain procedures or skin care treatments in a patient-friendly manner.

3. Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with dermatologists, surgeons, clinic managers, and marketing staff to conceptualize and execute campaigns.
• Assist in photographing before-and-after procedure images (with patient consent), clinic activities, and events for documentation and marketing use.

4. Brand Management & Compliance

• Ensure visual materials uphold the clinic’s professional image and brand standards.
• Adhere to data privacy regulations (e.g., patient confidentiality) and DOH guidelines on the ethical promotion of healthcare services.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in graphic design; experience in a healthcare, dermatology, or aesthetic clinic setting is a plus.

Skills & Tools:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.) or equivalent design software.
• Knowledge of basic photography and video editing.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends in health and aesthetic marketing.
• Strong creative sense, attention to detail, and time management skills.

Soft Skills:

• Able to work independently and handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
