We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HSE Lead to join the team in Carmona Cavite. As the HSE Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, safety and environmental compliance of our operations. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the ongoing success and growth of our company.

What you'll be doing

• Develop, implement and monitor comprehensive health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
• Conduct risk assessments, identify hazards and implement appropriate control measures
• Provide training and support to employees on health, safety and environmental best practices
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental legislation and regulations
• Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE considerations into all aspects of our operations
• Continuously monitor and report on HSE performance, and recommend areas for improvement

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a similar HSE management role, preferably within the construction industry but not required
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HSE management systems
• Excellent knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation, regulations and best practices
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Registered as PCO is required and preferred
