We are looking for Healthcare Associates to join our growing team in the healthcare industry. This role is open to medical allied course graduates, including Nursing graduates, with or without prior work experience or license. You will handle healthcare-related inquiries, provide accurate information, and support patients and providers to ensure excellent service delivery.

• Respond to patient and provider inquiries through phone, chat, or email
• Provide accurate healthcare-related information and assistance
• Document, verify, and process medical or insurance details
• Ensure compliance with confidentiality and healthcare regulations
• Deliver excellent customer service to enhance patient experience

• Graduate of any Medical Allied course (Nursing graduates preferred)
• With or without working experience
• With or without PRC license
• Must be willing to work onsite at Cebu IT Park
• Can start ASAP
