Hiring: BPO Team Lead – CDI/DRG Experience (Onsite | Ortigas)

?‍? Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Team Lead with at least 1 year of experience in Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) and DRG-related processes within a BPO setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare specialists, ensuring performance targets are met, and maintaining the highest standards of compliance and documentation quality.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of CDI/DRG specialists to meet productivity and quality benchmarks

• Monitor and evaluate team performance; provide regular coaching and feedback

• Ensure compliance with healthcare documentation standards and coding guidelines

• Collaborate with QA, Training, and Operations teams to drive continuous improvement

• Handle escalations, resolve process issues, and support client deliverables

• Prepare and submit reports related to team metrics and performance

? Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Team Lead in a BPO or healthcare outsourcing environment

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with CDI and/or DRG processes

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Knowledge of medical coding standards and healthcare compliance is a plus

• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas

• Can start immediately
