We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Scribe for an onsite position supporting a US-based healthcare provider. The ideal candidate has prior experience working with US clinical settings and is available to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately document patient encounters in real time during onsite clinic visits
• Record patient history, review of systems, physical exam findings, and assessment & plans
• Enter and update patient information in the EHR in accordance with US documentation standards
• Support providers with chart completion and clinic workflow efficiency
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Work closely with providers and clinical staff in an onsite clinical environment

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Medical Scribe working with a US healthcare provider
• Strong understanding of US medical terminology and clinical documentation
• Hands-on experience with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, or similar)
• Excellent listening, typing, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced onsite setting
• Available to start immediately

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in outpatient or specialty practices
• Medical or allied health background
• Prior onsite scribe experience
