Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Studies (Pharmacy, Medicine/Alternative Medicine, Nursing, or Life Sciences)
• Minimum of 3 months of relevant experience
• Knowledge of clinical terms and pharmacovigilance is a plus
• Willingness to work in Taguig or Cebu under a hybrid work setup

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate adverse event reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze safety data from various sources
• Assist in the preparation of safety reports and regulatory submissions to ensure timely and accurate documentation
• Support the development and maintenance of pharmacovigilance processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency
• Participate in the review and assessment of safety signals to identify potential risks associated with pharmaceutical products
• Provide input and support for risk management plans and safety communication strategies
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of pharmacovigilance practices through process optimization and innovation
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of safety data into the pharmacovigilance database
• Assist in the training and mentoring of new team members to foster a culture of safety and compliance
• Engage with stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations on safety-related matters
• Support the implementation of quality assurance measures to maintain high standards of pharmacovigilance operations
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment and consistency in safety practices across regions
• Utilize technical skills in Pharma Research and Development to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities
