Syarat-syarat
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in hotel management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service, customer relationship management, and interpersonal skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced hotel environment, may require evening and weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a friendly demeanor.
