Role: Concierge (Housekeeping)

Work Arrangement: Work from Office

Location: Philippines - Angeles (Pampanga)

Schedule: Night shift

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing
  • Keeping carpets and rugs clean and odor-free by shampooing, vacuuming, and applying deodorizers as needed
  • Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to remove dirt, debris, and dust from floors and other surfaces
  • Washing windows and walls as well as polishing woodwork as needed
  • Scrubbing toilets, showers, baths, and bathroom sinks as well as removing mildew buildup and mold from various surfaces
  • Wiping down pantry appliances, equipment, and counters to remove dirt, grease, and grime
  • Regularly emptying wastebaskets and disposing of all rubbish
  • Ensure all rooms and facilities are cared for and inspected according to standards
  • Maintaining an accurate record of all cleaning tasks completed each day
  • Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
  • Notify superiors of any damages, deficits, and disturbances
  • Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
  • Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace them when appropriate
  • Meet the standards given by the Facilities Head/Manager/Administrator and the company
  • Adhere to all work-related tasks given by the Facilities Administrator/Manager/Head
  • Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
  • Adhere to all company-initiated software/applications usage

Qualification and requirements (Non-negotiable):

  • At least highschool graduate with housekeeping experience and other Concierge tasks
  • Computer literate
  • Willing to work in a shifting schedule, holidays and weekends
  • Willing to be transferred to other locations when necessary
  • Work from office
  • Physically fit to work
  • Can understand and communicate in English language
