As a Housekeeping Staff member, you play a crucial role in ensuring cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep within our residential units. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization, as well as assisting with basic maintenance tasks as needed. Your role is essential in creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for our residents.


Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and Maintenance:
  • Perform cleaning tasks according to established standards and schedules.
  • Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues promptly to the officer or manager in charge.
  • Assist in basic repairs and maintenance of units as required.
  • Inventory and Supplies Management:
  • Maintain an inventory of housekeeping supplies and ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Regularly check and update inventory records.
  • Distribute linen and other supplies to each unit as per requirements.
  • Record Keeping and Documentation:
  • Update record books, registers, and files related to cleaning schedules, inventory, and maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of cleaning activities and inspections.
  • Adaptability and Additional Tasks:
  • Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time, which may include assisting in special projects or covering additional duties.

Syarat-syarat

  • Vocational diploma, or TESDA certification in Housekeeping preferred.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and work well without direct supervision.
  • Proficiency in handling basic maintenance tasks and cleaning procedures.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with residents.
  • Strong work ethic, honesty, and reliability.
  • Willingness to travel and work onsite as required.
