An HR & Admin Associate provides administrative support to the HR department, assisting with various tasks including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations. HR & Admin will also manage employee records, handle administrative duties, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.


Responsibilities

  • Recruitment:Assist with posting job ads, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage the process of welcoming new employees and preparing for employee departures.
  • Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records, both physical and digital, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing, gathering data, and verifying accuracy.
  • HR Policies and Procedures: Ensure adherence to HR policies, help implement new policies, and answer employee inquiries.
  • Administrative Support: Handle general office tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing phone calls, and answering inquiries.
  • Employee Relations: Assist with resolving employee issues, handling complaints, and providing guidance.


Additional Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Enter and update data into HR databases and systems.
  • Report Generation: Prepare reports related to HR activities, such as recruitment metrics or employee performance.
  • Training and Orientation: Assist with creating and delivering training materials, providing onboarding for new hires, and explaining company policies.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.



Qualifications

Strong organizational and time management skills, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Attention to detail and accuracy, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software, and Ability to handle confidential information.


Educational Background

  • Degree or related certification in Human Resources or Business Administration may be preferred.


Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday 9:00am t 6:00pm
  • Work onsite Tomas Morato Quezon City
