Penerangan

Lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.
Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommends best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Authorize representative for Case Hearing.
Accepts and performs other duties as assigned by Top Management.

Syarat-syarat

Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of work experience in human resources and administration.
Knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws.
Documentation handling and database management skills.
Strong computer skills particularly with programs such as Microsoft Office and HRMS software.
Has a good understanding of applicable labor laws and their processes.
Can work under pressure and handle confidential information, strong management and leadership skills.
