Syarat-syarat

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR administration or a related role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in HR software, excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based with standard working hours; occasional overtime may be required.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and strong problem-solving abilities.
