- Perform end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to on boarding and documentation.
- Process payment for mandatory benefits such as SSS, Phic, HDMF etc.
- Maintaining employee database and 201 files
- Update the employee handbook and provide input in the development of written human resources policies and procedures.
- Prepare written job descriptions for each staff position and assist in postings.
- Provide input in the development of compensation packages and benefits.
- Prepare Notice to Explain (NTE) and other HR-related notices needed
- Address HR concerns and questions of employees as it relates to their job duties, schedule, compensation and other benefits
- Assist in payroll processing and computation of benefits, as needed
- Process clearance for terminated employees
- Notify your supervisor and management for HR concerns, when escalation is needed
- Provide input to continuously improve HR policies of the Company, with the goal to further improve employee morale and retention
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Arts, Business or equivalent
- With at least 2-years’ experience of HR Officer or similar HR role
- Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training & development etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good decision-making skills
- Additional HR education and certification will be a plus
