Position: HR Assistant

Working Schedule: Shifting Schedule (5 working days with 2 Consecutive day offs)

Industry: Consulting Company

Work Set-up: Onsite


• Responsible for the daily administrative and HR duties of an organization.

• Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies) 201 files.

• Assists in training, handling grievance, performance management, and disciplinary action.

• Contributes to the accomplishment of the HR practices and objectives.

• Coordinate and assist with employee engagement activities.

• Leave filing management and coordination with respective managers.

• Monitoring of employee birthdays, regularization, promotion, and milestones.

• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR requirements.

• Monitoring emails and ensuring that no ignored emails.

• Handling phone calls from inquiries and concerns

• Monitoring of probationary employees for evaluation.

Syarat-syarat

  • Graduate of Human Resources Management or any related course
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong interest in HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and documentation
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling confidential information
  • Willing to learn and be trained in various HR tasks
  • Can work effectively both independently and in a team
  • Willing to work onsite.
