• Manage recruitment processes and develop job descriptions.
• Oversee employee onboarding and training programs.
• Maintain employee records and manage HR databases.
• Administer benefits programs and payroll processing.
• Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns.
• Assist in performance management and employee evaluations.

- Not more than 35 yrs. old

- Graduate of any 4-year course preferably B.S. Psychology or Behavioral Science

- With at least 1-2 years working experience as HR Staff

- With good communication skills

- With background in human resource principles and employee relations.

- Willing to be work in Tibungco, Davao City
