ID Creation for New Hires
Scheduling and inviting new hires for the upcoming NEO
Routing of exit clearance
Assist in the employee engagement activities
Provide administrative support for HR and the production
Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation, and days off
Organize, compile, and update company personnel records and documentation
Assist and help in the implementation for HR policies and procedures
Answer employees’ questions and provide requested information
Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities
Prepare reports for senior management
May time to time handle other facets of Human Resource as needed.

Syarat-syarat

A graduate of Human Resource Management or Psychology
Has at least 3 years’ experience working as an HR and Admin Assistant or Generalist.
MS Office and Canva literate
Has Good Communication Skills
Has experience working in the Construction Industry (preferably)
Can start as soon as possible
Okay to work as reliever
