Keterangan Kerja
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and resume screening.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires.
- Source applicants for job vaccancies from different recruitment channels such as Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Jobslin, BossJob and Facebook.
- Schedule applicants for initial interviews.
- Conduct initial interviews.
- Maintain employee records and assist with data entry.
- Help with employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Make publication materials for job postings to be posted in different Facebook groups.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
- Currently taking a bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any other related field.
- Must be a required internship by academic curriculum.
- Must be computer literate.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Should have a knowledge in Google Suites (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Meet and etc.)
- Should have an excellent communication skills
