• Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage potential job candidates, especially those who may not be actively looking for a new role.
• Interviewing: Involves assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit through structured questions and conversations to determine their suitability for a specific role.
• On-Boarding: Preparing of documents, coordinating and conducting orientation, and welcoming new hires involves organizing employment paperwork, scheduling and supporting onboarding sessions, and ensuring new employees feel informed, comfortable, and integrated into the company culture from day one.
• Employee Engagement: Assisting in planning training sessions, team-building activities, or company events involves coordinating logistics, preparing materials, communicating with participants and vendors, and ensuring smooth execution to enhance employee development, engagement, and workplace culture.
• Project Management: Prior to the conclusion of the internship, it is recommended to present proposals based on departmental developments observed during the internship period.

What are we looking for:

• Candidate must be currently enrolled as a student at a college or university.
• Courses can be Human Resources, Behavioral Science, Business Advertising, Business Management, Marketing or Equivalent.
• Applicants must be willing to work on Site in Ortigas from Mondays to Fridays.
• With Executive Allowance.
