Recruitment & Placement: Develop recruitment plans, organize hiring processes, maintain talent pool, and support new employee onboarding and training.
Employee Relations: Maintain harmonious labor relations, handle employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions in compliance with Philippine labor laws.
Compensation & Benefits: Assist in payroll preparation and ensure compliance with statutory contributions (PAGIBIG, PhilHealth, SSS).
Attendance & Performance: Supervise attendance systems and support the implementation of performance evaluation programs.
Personnel Records & Compliance: Maintain employee records and ensure HR operations comply with laws and PEZA requirements.
Training & Development: Organize basic training activities and promote employee development and company culture.

Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years’ HR management experience (manufacturing or multinational company experience preferred).
Familiarity with Philippine labor law and HR-related regulations.
Strong communication and coordination skills; bilingual (English/Chinese or English/Tagalog) preferred.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and with strong professional ethics.
