Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar human resources role
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
• Proficiency in HR software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Staffing

• Lead full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Develop talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs.

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution.
• Promote a positive working culture through engagement activities and communication.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR best practices.

Performance Management

• Oversee performance review processes, goal setting, and employee development plans.
• Implement strategies to improve productivity, retention, and employee satisfaction.

Policies, Compliance & Administration

• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and company policies.
• Manage HR documentation, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.

Training & Development

• Assess training needs and implement programs to upskill employees.
• Support career development and continuous learning initiatives.

HR Strategy & Planning

• Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to support business decisions.
• Contribute to organizational planning and culture-building initiatives.
