• 4 years College Graduate
• With 5yrs and up experience in handling and mentoring purchasing or HR team.
• Attentive to details and meticulous in checking of reports and other purchasing or HR documents.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office especially in Excel.
• Flexible and can work with less supervision.
• Willing to render overtime as need arises.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily HR operations and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
• Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
• Ensure accurate payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Collaborate with management to improve workplace culture and engagement.

Starting salary – 20,000-25,000

Work Schedule – Monday -Saturday
