Role: RPO Recruitment Team Lead/Manager

Work Arrangement: Work From Office/Home

Location: Makati

Schedule: Morning Shift

• Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the recruitment team while fostering a high-performance culture.

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, stakeholders, and recruitment partners.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure efficiency and deliver a seamless candidate experience.

• 7–10 years of substantial experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

• Proven track record of leading recruitment teams and managing complex recruitment campaigns.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Master’s degree or CIPD certification in Human Resource Management.

• Prior experience or knowledge of the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) is highly preferred.

• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
