Duties and Responsibilities

1.HR Operations Management

  • Oversee daily HR functions such as payroll, timekeeping, benefits administration, and employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and company policies.

2.Employee Relations

  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Promote positive workplace culture and engagement.

3.Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure smooth hiring processes.
  • Supervise orientation and onboarding of new hires.

4.Performance & Training

  • Implement performance management systems (evaluations, KPIs).
  • Identify training needs and oversee employee development programs.

5.Policy & Process Development

  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Streamline HR processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

6.Data & Reporting

  • Maintain HRIS (Human Resource Information System) or employee database.
  • Generate HR metrics and reports for management decisions.

7.Leadership & Collaboration

  • Manage and mentor HR staff.

Collaborate with other departments to align HR strategies with company goals.

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master’s degree or HR certifications (CHRP, SHRM, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Experience:
  • At least 5–7 years of progressive HR experience in local manpower, with 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office, and HR reporting tools.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • High integrity and confidentiality.
  • Strong decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
