Position :HR Manager

Salary: Php60,000-Php70,000 basic salary

Work Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City

Working Set up: Work on Site

• Create and carry out HR initiatives and strategies that complement the overall business strategy, making sure HR procedures complement corporate objectives, and goals.
• Oversee the entire hiring and selection procedure.
• Manage staff relations, immediately resolving any concerns or grievances and efficiently, and encouraging a supportive workplace that encourages employee involvement and contentment.
• Verify adherence to labor laws and remain informed about modifications in employment rules to guarantee compliance, offer direction to management, and workers on HR rules and guidelines.
• Create and carry out performance management initiatives, such as objective establishing, staff development programs, and performance reviews.

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• 8 years or more of experience in HR
• with 5 years as supervisory/managerial role
• Amenable to work on site
• Amenable to attend face to face interview in Alabang
