• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3–5 years of solid experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, deployment, and manpower planning.
• Exposure to third-party manpower or service contracting setup is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of DOLE labor laws, D.O. 174, and other employment regulations.

• Create, manage, and adjust manpower setup plans based on client or project requirements.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in addressing client or manpower-related concerns.
• Proficient in both written and verbal communication.
• Effectively coordinate with internal departments, clients, and field employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and client-handling experience.
• Travel to project sites or client locations as needed.
• Amenable to fieldwork if required.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
