- Assist in posting job advertisements,screening resumes,scheduling interviews and supporting the recruitment process
- Maintain and update employee personnel files and electronic records to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Manage employee onboarding
- regularization,and offboarding processes and prepare the necessary forms and documents.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave,and tardiness,and prepare attendance report for payroll processing..
- Assist in the administration and updating of government-mandated benefits(SSS,PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Support some admin mission
- Handle daily employee inquiries and ensure proper communication and enforcement of company policies.
- Assist supervisors with other HR-related tasks as assigned.
- College degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields;
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in HR or administrative work is preferred;
- Worked for Chinese company will be better
