• Manage HR functions: Oversee day-to-day operations related to recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration. 
• Ensure compliance: Make sure all HR activities comply with company policies, local labor laws, and regulations. 
• Supervise staff: Guide, evaluate, and delegate tasks to other HR employees to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of their work. 
• Support employee relations: Act as a point of contact for employees, providing information and assistance regarding policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters. 
• Assist with performance and disciplinary actions: Advise managers on employee performance issues and take part in disciplinary processes. 
• Coordinate training and development: Help implement and coordinate training programs for employees. 
• Maintain records: Ensure all employee records are accurate and properly maintained.
