• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage end-to-end hiring process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
• Design and maintain compensation structures and salary matrices.
• Identify training needs and create development plans for employees.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology
• At least 3–5 years of HR experience, previous experiences
• Strong background on Talent Acquisition
• Experience on Comp and Ben
• Willing to work in a group wide/group of companies
• Willing to work in Ortigas area
• With experience in massive recruitment
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office, and data-driven reporting.
