We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee and manage all HR functions of our construction company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting management and employees across all facets of human resources.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Psychology (Bachelor’s degree required)
• At least 2 years of experience as an HR Manager in the Construction Industry
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, compensation, and benefits administration
• Well-versed in all facets of Human Resources, including:
• Recruitment and staffing
• Employee relations
• Performance management
• Training and development
• Labor laws and compliance
• Policy formulation and implementation
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
• Willing to work on-site in Cubao, Quezon City

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company goals
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
• Oversee payroll, timekeeping, and benefits administration
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies
• Handle employee relations issues and disciplinary actions
• Develop and implement training and development programs
• Advise management on HR-related matters and organizational development
