Position: Manager- HR & Admin

Salary: Php 90,000 negotiable

Schedule: Monday- Friday

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human resource, psychology or any related course.
• With at least 7 years of work experience as HR & Admin manager.
• With experience handling all facet of HR and Admin role
• knowledgeable in HR/Admin standards and regulatory requirements.
• Can start as soon as possible is a big advantage

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to support the company's overall business objectives
• Manage employee disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations with fairness and following company policy and Philippine labor laws.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs
• Conduct new employee orientation and ensure smooth onboarding
• Manage all HR-related documentation, including contracts, and other essential records
