Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and 201 files
Assist in the administration of government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, TIN)
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices
Support the processing of payroll-related documents and attendance monitoring
Implement employee engagement activities and assist in training and development programs
Respond to employee concerns and coordinate disciplinary actions as necessary
Prepare HR reports and documentation required by management

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field
At least 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related role
Knowledge of labor laws and HR processes is required
Familiarity with recruitment, onboarding, and basic payroll procedures
Proficient in MS Office and document management
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Can handle confidential information with integrity
Willing to work onsite and flexible with work hours as needed
