Managing hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning.
Addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
Implementing performance reviews, setting goals, and providing feedback.
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and updating organizational policies.
Developing and implementing comprehensive HR policies.
Overseeing employee training and development programs.
Maintaining secure and accurate employee records.
Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
Orienting new employees and training existing employees.
Monitoring employee performance.
Ensuring employee satisfaction in their work environment.
Overseeing employee health and safety.
Implementing systematic staff development procedures.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and practices.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in human resources
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations
Knowledge of payroll systems
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferably resident around Batangas
