We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, payroll support, and compliance. This role requires someone who can balance people-focused responsibilities with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive workplace culture.

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Administer employee records, HRIS data, and maintain confidentiality of information.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and provide HR policy guidance.
• Support performance management cycles, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
• Coordinate training, development, and employee engagement activities.
• Assist with payroll processing and statutory compliance.
• Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and aligned with labor laws.
• Support organizational initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of HR experience in a generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
