Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder in Business Administration or any related course
• At least 5 years of work experience in General Affairs or in administrative work
• At least 3 years of work experience in Supervisory work
• Experience working in a Japanese manufacturing firm
• Willing to work fully on site

Job Responsibilities:

• Processing employment permit and visa
• Ensure the compliance with labor and immigration laws,
• Maintain accurate and updated employee records.
• Responsible for arranging hotel bookings and transportation for visitors.
• Assist and support internal departments with administrative requirements.
• Responsible in maintaining factory cleanliness.
