Position: HR General Affairs Staff (One Day Hiring Process)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Have experience in administrative or clerical task is a plus.
• Can attend interviews
• Amenable to work onsite in Laguna
• Can start as soon as possible.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Previous experience in General Affairs or administrative roles is an advantage.
• Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including facilities management, office supply monitoring, and procurement activities.
• Coordinate company events, meetings, visa processing, and travel arrangements to ensure smooth logistics and well-organized execution.
• Work effectively both independently and within a team, demonstrating flexibility, reliability, and strong organizational skills.
• Assist in HR-related functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee documentation.
