Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
• Support initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Performance Management

• Support performance appraisal processes, including goal setting and review tracking.
• Assist managers in providing constructive feedback and coaching employees.
• Monitor performance improvement plans and follow-up actions.

HR Administration & Compliance

• Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Assist in policy development and implementation.

Training & Development

• Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
• Support employee development initiatives and career growth planning.

Compensation & Benefits Support

• Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding salary, benefits, and leave policies.
