Description

  • Manage and oversee the recruitment process from job posting to candidate selection.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Handle employee relations and address any personnel issues in a professional manner.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and practices.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare periodic reports for management review.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in HR and recruitment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
  • Working Conditions: Typically office-based with standard working hours; potential for overtime during peak recruitment periods.
