  • Responsible for overseeing Team Performance
  • Directly supervises and monitors Coordinators’ performance across areas
  • Evaluates Coordinators performance on a monthly basis
  • Coaches/trains Coordinators
  • Responsible for coordinating/giving timely feedback to Client on the progress of any operational task inside the Plant
  • Conducts meeting with Clients to discuss achievements/highlights, Activity implementation/updates, issues and concerns and other opportunities
  • Responsible for cascading instructions/guidelines/programs on Client-initiated Projects
  • Conducts regular alignment meeting with the Coordinators and Team Leaders to cascade Client’s activities/updates.
  • Responsible for coordinating with HRSO in filing up vacancies within 7 working days so that the 95% fill rate is met
