EMPLOYEE RELATIONS:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Conduct investigations on employee complaints, policy violations, and workplace conflicts.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all employee relations cases, disciplinary actions, and resolutions.

PAYROLL:

• Process and validate payroll accurately and on schedule, ensuring proper computation of salaries, benefits, deductions, and government contributions.
• Manage timekeeping systems and ensure attendance records are accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate with Accounting and Finance for payroll disbursement and statutory remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
• Handle payroll-related inquiries and concerns of employees promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and maintain payroll reports and documentation for audits and compliance checks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferably female
• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management
• With at least 1 year experience as an HR Generalist
• Willing to be assigned in Timog, Quezon City
