The HR Officer plays a key role in supporting the human resource function within the organization .

This role involves assisting with various HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration and HRIS management to ensure effective HR Operations and support the organization's goals and objectives.

Requirements

• College Graduate (BS Psychology, Human Resource Management) .
• With at least 3-5 years of Work experience as HR Officer/ HR Supervisor
• Computer literate .
• Familiar with facets of human resources functions,( Recruitment, Training and Development, Payroll, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits including SSS, Pag-ibig and Philhealth.
• Preferably residing in Antipolo city or nearby areas.
